Located in Ukraine, Ichnya, Chernigiv region. The total area of the land plot is 3,8 hectares. Total space area: 5 246 square meters. Space area of canning manufactory: 800 square meters (fully renovated). A properly prepared place for making excellent condensed milk products.

There is evidence that in ancient times there was a small settlement called Yaskove, which was destroyed by the Mongol Tatars. The city got its name from the name of the river Ichen, and the name of the river itself was transformed into the affectionate form of Ichenka. The first information about Ichnia dates back to the 14th century. From the 14th to 16th centuries, it was ruled by the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.
